Cancellations
To cancel or modify your order, send us an email towith your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly. In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing an order.

Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).
Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
These dropper bottles are study, arrived well packaged & were all intact.
I have sent some perfume materials to a friend, securing the inner lids & caps on the bottles before transit & there doesn’t appear to have been any leakage. 👍🏽
